Previously, he served as Chief Development Officer & EVP for REVELOHEALTH, a Sante Ventures healthcare portfolio company that offers unique analysis through claims pricing technology platform to payors and providers, combined with data analytics, payment processing and RCM solutions. He also served as EVP & General Manager of AMN Leadership Solutions (AMN Healthcare NYSE: AMN) which includes total staffing solutions across clinical & executive segments totaling $4B+ of annual revenue. Director & Advisory Roles

Due to his expertise in business development programs, M&A target evaluation and P&L oversight within healthcare companies, in 2021 Mr. Singleton accepted an invitation from Gauge Capital to join the board of directors for EMSAR, a healthcare equipment management service repair company in Austin, TX with revenues in excess of $95M. In 2017 Travis joined the board of directors for The Health Industry Council Travis B. Singleton Advisor & Board Summary where he has chaired the National Provider Policy, Virtual Health and Value Based Care Committees. This was followed by the Advisory Committee for Texas Healthcare Trustees, part of the Texas Hospital Association Foundation also beginning in 2017. These organizations led Travis to a more active role in healthcare delivery policy serving as the Co-Chair & Founder of the Interprofessional Practice Symposium in conjunction with the University of North Texas Health Science Center, Texas Christian University Harris College of Nursing, Texas Women’s University and PriceWaterhouseCoopers Health Research Institute up to 2019. Parallel to this regional oversight, Mr. Singleton remained active on the national healthcare landscape by serving on The Physicians Foundation board of directors from 2015 to 2019 followed by their Advisory Council of Healthcare Experts which operated in partnership with various state medical societies and scientific assemblies such as the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American College of Cardiology. The United States House of Representatives Committee on Veterans Af airs, 114 th Congress (2015), in addition to officers of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, again sought out Mr. Singleton’s expert examination, this time on the Veterans Access, Choice, and Accountability Act of 2014 (P.L. 113-146) evaluating how the Department of Veterans Affairs utilized funding to recruit, onboard and retain qualified medical providers to treat veteran patients. These critical evaluations, in addition to numerous state medical societies, scientific assemblies and other reputatble healthcare organizations continually publishing Mr. Singleton’s analysis, led to yet another invitation for his expert testimony for draft legislation on Improving Authority of the Secretary of Veterans Af airs to Identify, Hire & Retain Qualified Physicians and Other Employees to Serve Veteran Patients: Hearing before The United States House of Representatives Committee on Veterans Af airs, Subcommittee on Health & Economic Opportunity, 114 th Congress (2016).
